De Orde van Vlaamse Balies reageert op de in de pers aangekondigde boodschap van de minister van Justitie dat hij het plan opvat om de juridische beroepen te moderniseren. Dat hij daarbij ook de advocatuur op het oog heeft, roept bij de Orde van Vlaamse Balies fundamentele vragen op.
